Interpreting is calculated per diem rate
Every interpreting event is calculated per diem rates according to the type of event, technical expertise and quantity of languages that are to be interpreted. Every event is prepared individually hence interpreters do not start their work with the beginning of the event. Prior to the actual interpreting, the respective technical terminology as well as the overall subject area are extensively elaborated. A thorough preparation is one of the top priorities of interpreting. The preparation time is considered independent from the duration of the event. Furthermore, you are advised in questions with respect to the mode of interpreting, the organization or the appropriate technical equipment as well as in all questions relating to interpreting.
Translations are calculated per line
A translation is generally calculated in standard lines with 55 characters per line including spaces. The price per line varies according to technical difficulty, urgency and text length. For texts with more than 20 pages a price per page is applied. For smaller translations a respective flat rate is arranged.
